Welcome to the 2026 World Series – 25-Cone Challenge

Series Info: Five sessions for the season – each session qualifies for ISSA Basic World Ranking points

Format:  We haven’t made any changes since the 2023/2024 season; everything remains the same. Total course length: 174 feet 25 cones spaced 6 feet apart. It’s important that the measurement is taken from the center of one cone to the center of the next. The starting box is 3 feet by 3 feet. The distance from the starting line (where the tape timer, laser timer, or infrared timer is located) to the center of the first cone is 21 feet. The distance from the center of the last cone to the finish line (where the tape timer, laser timer, or infrared timer is located) is 9 feet. At the start, the rider can take up to 3 pushes: the initial push to leave the starting box plus 2 more. Each cone knocked down adds 1/10th of a second to the lap time. Up to 9 cones can be knocked down; after 10 cones knocked down, that rider’s run is disqualified. Each rider is entitled to 4 runs in each direction of the course. 4 runs in direction A-B 4 runs in direction B-A For the final result, the fastest lap in each direction is used to calculate the average time. It is important to remember that if a rider, for any reason, can only register laps in one direction of the course, the final result will be calculated as follows: (recorded time) + (recorded time plus 1 second) : 2
