USA Slalom Skateboarding Inc. (USASSI) is led by a dedicated team with deep roots in both the national and international slalom community.

Maria Carrasco, President – President of the International Slalom Skateboarding Association (ISSA) and Head of the World Skate Slalom Working Group, with decades of leadership in the sport at both national and global levels.

Richy Carrasco, Vice President – Professional athlete and longtime leader in the slalom community, contributing extensive experience in competition, athlete development, and program support.

Scott Kamins, Secretary & Treasurer – Supporting organizational operations, communications, and financial oversight for USASSI.

Together, the USASSI leadership team is committed to supporting athletes, organizing fair and competitive pathways, and advancing the sport of slalom skateboarding in the United States.

USASSI works in alignment with World Skate protocols and international competition structures to ensure consistency and credibility across all levels of participation.
